**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain stock levels of food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, and general hotel consumables.
- **Stock Control**: Conduct regular stock audits, monitor consumption patterns, and minimize wastage.
- **Purchase & Procurement**: Source, negotiate, and procure quality materials from vendors at the best prices.
- **Vendor Management**: Develop relationships with suppliers, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain purchase records.
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**: Work closely with the management to optimize purchase costs and maintain budgetary discipline.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain updated inventory logs, invoices, and purchase orders.
- **Compliance & Quality Check**: Ensure that all purchased items meet quality standards and hotel requirements.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure timely availability of stock.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years in storekeeping & purchase, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality sector.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, inventory management, and vendor coordination skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with inventory software & MS Excel for reporting.
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Supply Chain, or relevant field preferred.
- **Work Ethic**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing procurement & store operations.
