**Project Name**:SSA - Samagrah Shiksha Abhiyan - Gujarat.

**Location**:Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

**No. of Positions: 1**

**Qualification**:MBA OR MSW

**Experience Required**:At least 2-3 experience of working experience with SSA Gujarat

**Salary Range**: Rs. 20,000/- CTC per month

**Language Known**:Hindi, English, Gujarati

**Travelling**: Yes frequent travel/School visits/SSA District offices visits

**Skills Required**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
- At least 2 Years of working with Governments at District and Above-Level Directly or as part of any Project/NGO
- Must have experience in livelihood & skill training center

**Roles and responsibilities of VTP Coordinator (VTC)**:

- VTC coordinator must reside in Gujarat.
- Curriculum delivery:

- VTC has to ensure that the teaching learning material is available and is delivered in a timely manner to the students.
- Ensure that the trainers are in place and all classes are held as per time table.
- The classes and labs are equipped and functional if not he/she should intimate to seniors.
- Quality of training delivery will be monitored by taking feedbacks from regular stakeholders and through sessions during school visits.
- VTC should report physically to the office of the Samgrah Shiksha, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
- Maintain all assessment and reporting documents in an accurate and easily accessible manner.
- Maintain data base of the allotted schools.
- Coordinate with Vocational trainer to prepare the syllabus completion reports as per the timeline, submit the same to the HO.
- Liaison with project related stakeholders to provide an engaging learning experience.
- Maintain regular communication with all key stake holders, such that the project attains its due recognition amongst the students, parents, industry and the community.
- Remain updated and aware of the NSQF policies and guidelines and share them with Vocational trainers, Principal, other Staffs and students. etc.
- He/She must ensures timely submission of invoices and other relevant documents to various districts offices of Gujarat.
- Preparation and collection of monthly attendance of Vocational Trainers from School Principals and from respective attendance portal.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
