**Job Title: Customer Service Representative - National Railway Enquiry (UK Voice Process)**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills (C2 quality) are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates without prior experience are eligible.
- Fluent in English (V5 level).
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.

**Salary**:

- HSC Fresher (C2 quality): 22,000 INR in-hand
- Graduate Fresher: 24,000 INR in-hand
- HSC/Graduate with 6 months experience: 28,000 INR in-hand
- HSC/Graduate with 1+ years experience: 30,000 INR in-hand
- SSC with 1 year of BPO experience: 22,000 INR in-hand

**Work Location**:
Malad (Within Malad boundaries)

**Work Mode**:

- Work From Office (WFO)
- Working Days:

- 5 days a week
- Week Off:

- 2 rotational week offs

**Selection Process**:

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
