Job Title: Purchase Assistant

Location: Bodakdev

Department: Purchase / Procurement

Reports To: Purchase Manager / Head of Procurement

Experience Required: 1-3 years (Fresher’s with strong interest in procurement can also apply)

Industry Preference: Pharmaceuticals / FMCG / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies as per company

requirements.
- Collect quotations, compare prices, and assist in vendor negotiations to ensure costeffective

procurement.
- Maintain and update vendor database with pricing, lead-time, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or

quality.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in conducting regular vendor evaluations for quality and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and ensure compliance with internal policies and

standards.
- Support the Purchase Manager in daily procurement operations and reports.

Key Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (Tally/SAP preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain or related field.
- Diploma/Certification in Material Management or Procurement (preferred but not

mandatory).

Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional visits to vendors or warehouses.

Salary Range
- UP To 20000 k/month

Joining -Immediate

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
