**Job Title: CCR Kiln operator**

**Education**:
B.Sc Chem./M.Sc.Chem/ B.E. Chemical / Diploma in Chemical

**Experience**:
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Kiln CCR operation is required from Cement Industry Only.

**Technical Skills**:

- 4-5 years of experience as a CCR Operator, with a focus on kiln operations in the cement industry.
- Solid understanding of kilns including preheaters, calciners, rotary kilns, and vertical roller mills or ball mills.
- Familiarity with process control systems and computerized monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.

**CTC Range**: Upto 5.00 Lacs Per Annum
