Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.Business Analysis: Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.Project Management: Manage MIS projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). Knowledge of database management systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.M.
