**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely collection of dues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, payment status, and reports in the system.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and payment-related queries.
- Negotiate repayment plans or settlements based on customer financial situations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines for debt recovery.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in collections, finance, leasing, or related fields.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Other**: Willingness to travel for on-field collections within Patna as needed.
