Duties & responsibilities locating debtors in order to begin the recovery process,

Get in touch with clients for due payments
- Identifying the issues and delays in collection from customers and taking necessary corrective actions.

Customer Account Reconciliation

Project Reconciliation closure

Monitor invoice submission and certification with projects

Account Reconciliation with customers

Basic Knowledge of Billing

Debit Notes/ credit notes

Good Communication written & verbal should be able to communicate with clients

Basic Knowledge of Excel, Advance Excel would be preferred

collection followups

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Credit Control: 5 years (preferred)
