**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven **Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team. This dual-role position involves designing visually compelling assets and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and engagement across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design**:

- Maintain visual brand consistency across all digital and print media.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
- Create and manage visual assets for ad campaigns and product launches.
- Work with vendors and printers when needed for offline assets.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Manage and optimize social media channels and content calendars.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track performance and provide actionable insights.
- Perform keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, etc.
- Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media trends, and content strategies.
- Good communication and project management skills.
