**Job Summary**:
The **Telephone Operator** is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication within the hotel. She must provide professional and courteous service while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Call Handling & Guest Assistance**
- Answer all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or rooms.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and hotel services.
- Handle wake-up call requests and ensure timely execution.
- Take and relay messages accurately for guests and staff.

**2. Communication & Coordination**
- Coordinate internal communication between different hotel departments.
- Maintain an updated list of hotel extensions, emergency contacts, and key personnel.
- Inform guests and staff about any special promotions, events, or hotel updates.

**3. Guest Service & Complaint Handling**
- Address guest concerns politely and escalate issues to the relevant department if needed.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, room availability, and local attractions.
- Ensure guest requests (e.g., housekeeping, room service) are promptly relayed and followed up.

**4. Record Keeping & Compliance**
- Maintain call logs and reports for internal reference.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures related to telephone etiquette and data privacy.
- Ensure all emergency calls and procedures are handled according to hotel standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **High school diploma or degree in hospitality, communication, or related field.**:

- **6 months to 1 year** of experience in a hotel or customer service role.
- Proficiency in telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Good knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently.

Pay: ₹17,666.13 - ₹21,220.61 per month
