Qualification - B.Tech - civil

Salary - Upto 4.2 Lac CTC

**Experience - Min. 3+ yrs in Structural Detailing/ Drafting (AutoCAD with advanced 2D and 3D drawing)**

**Location - Bangalore**

Architectural detailing and architectural drafting are crucial roles in the architecture and construction industry, each with specific responsibilities aimed at ensuring that design concepts are translated accurately into functional buildings.

Produce detailed architectural drawings for various building elements, such as windows, doors, stairs, joinery, and finishes. These drawings provide the necessary information for construction and ensure that all design aspects are executed correctly

specify materials, finishes, and products to be used in the construction process. This includes identifying appropriate materials that meet design requirements and standards.

Ensure that all building systems (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) are integrated into the design without conflicts. This involves coordinating with engineers and other specialists.

Produce precise technical drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans. These drawings provide detailed instructions for construction.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify architectural drawings. Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is essential.Provide detailed information on construction elements, such as dimensions, materials, and assembly methods. This helps ensure that all components fit together correctly during construction.

Work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate their input into the drawings. This includes making revisions based on feedback and ensuring that all aspects of the design are accurately represented.

Maintain high standards of quality in detailing to ensure durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This includes checking for compliance with building codes, regulations, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
