**Job Title: Brand Marketing Executive - Apparel Industry**

**Location: [Bangalore Chamrajpet ]**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy Development**:

- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning in the market.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to shape marketing efforts.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote brand products.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful visual and written content, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and style.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including product catalogs, lookbooks, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand identity and drives engagement.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and manage brand-related events such as product launches, trade shows, and pop-up shops.
- Collaborate with influencers, media partners, and industry professionals to enhance brand exposure.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Track competitor activities and provide insights to refine brand positioning.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with product, sales, and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Build relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and influencers, to amplify brand campaigns.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field.
- **2-4 years of experience** in brand marketing, preferably in the **apparel or fashion** industry.
- Strong understanding of the apparel industry, consumer behavior, and fashion trends.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
