**Job Description / Core Requirements**:
1. To conceptualise & design sports footwear in sync with global trends & Indian market preferences.

2. Degree/ Relevant diploma, certification in Footwear Design is core requirement. 2-3 yrs experience in designing and developing Sports.

3. Expert Photoshop and Illustrator skills ,must be able to create accurate 2D technical drawings.

4. Working knowledge of 3D software is a plus**.**

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:
1. Proven experience as Sports Footwear Designer with strong portfolio

2. Showcasing diverse design styles. Develop and execute clear and detailed sketches, technical packages and BOMs

3. Deep understanding of sporting trends & consumer preferences.

4.Strong appreciation for Sport and the Culture of Sport.

Minimum 2 to 5 Year experience in Sports footwear design & development
