As a Full-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at National Dental Care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional oral and maxillofacial surgical services to our esteemed patients. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assessment and Diagnosis**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Accurately diagnose and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- **Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery**:

- Perform a wide range of complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dental extractions, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, and facial trauma reconstruction.
- Administer anesthesia, monitor patients during surgery, and ensure their comfort and safety.
- **Medical Records and Documentation**:

- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records that meet all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Ensure that detailed documentation of patient care is preserved for reference.
- **Patient Communication**:

- Establish effective communication with patients to explain surgical procedures, potential risks, benefits, and post-operative care instructions.
- Address patient questions and concerns in a compassionate and professional manner.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including dentists, physicians, and nursing staff, to deliver holistic patient care.
- Refer and consult with specialists as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care.
- **Continuing Education**:

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through ongoing education, participation in conferences, and maintenance of professional certifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Successful completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- Valid state licensure to practice as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.
- Preferred board certification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Exceptional surgical skills and proficiency in the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹8,319.28 - ₹68,302.16 per month
