Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
- Drive business growth by generating leads and converting them into long-term customers.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor pricing, demand trends, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for seamless order execution and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Organize and conduct mason meets, workshops, and conferences for sales and marketing of TMT bars to enhance product awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales of TMT/Rebars or building materials.
- Age: 30-35 years.
- Strong networking skills with established industry connections.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
