Civil Foreman Responsibilities (Detailed)
- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.
- Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors and monitor their performance.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- **Workforce Management**:

- Manage labor teams effectively to achieve productivity targets.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and safety among workers.
- Resolve disputes or issues among workers to maintain a smooth workflow.
- **Quality Control & Safety**:

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards.
- Implement and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents.
- Regularly inspect scaffolding, shuttering, formwork, and other site activities for safety compliance.
- **Material & Equipment Handling**:

- Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and report shortages in advance.
- Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for procurement and supply.
- **Planning & Coordination**:

- Assist engineers in planning day-to-day construction activities.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports of site activities.
- Record labor attendance and maintain work logs.
- Report any technical or resource-related issues to the project engineer or manager.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid project delays.
- Provide practical solutions during construction to maintain workflow.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure work is carried out as per building codes, safety norms, and project requirements.
- Support project engineers in inspections by consultants, clients, or government authorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
