Description

Starting with Tamilnadu Market Retail support on initial level and moving forward might expand to further markets. (Motocycle driving liscense is a must as the role require travelling).

An Retail level Outbound Product Team is a key role within a product management team, responsible for defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and executing initiatives to successfully launch and promote products to customers. This role bridges the gap between product development and sales/marketing teams, ensuring that the product meets market needs and is positioned effectively.

Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition.
Identify target customer segments and create buyer personas to guide product positioning.

Sales Enablement:
Create sales collateral and training materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to sell the product effectively.
Develop a sales playbook that out

Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product improvements and updates.
Be the voice of the customer within the product team, advocating for customer-centric features and enhancements.

Competitive Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products, providing insights to guide product strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in product management, marketing, or a related role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Knowledge of relevant tools and software for product management and marketing.
