**Role**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure transaction processing within defined TAT and cut off and Zero loss booking due to operational errors / delays.
- Ensure archival of paper base as per defined Retention grid.
- Ensure checklist adherence and error free processing with inex % < 5 %.
- Ensuring nil audit observations
- Other activities -a. discrepant cheque handling
- b. Support branch BOSH for branch related activities c. Handling regulatory notices etc.
- handling technical and financial clearing queues
- Processing Frontending transaction with nil errors.
**Qualifications**
- Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Graduation/ Post graduation from a recognized institute- 0-3 years
- experience in the relevant field**Role Proficiencies**:
- Knowledge of banking products and services- Ability to solution issues and manage complex situations- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language- Good networking and relationship building skills**About**
