rejection/wastage.

Implemented Corrective and Preventive action on the shop floor.

Root cause finding of daily rejection of injection molding process for

reducing rejection level.

Trained to sub-coordinate and worker level for improvement in Process,

Quality and Delivery.

Troubleshooting problems during the quality process.

Making monthly MIS of the injection molding process.

Making rejection and Productivity, PPM, OEE.

Validate the Process parameters and Maintain product quality of

initial part supply.

Regular follow-up to Purchase Dept. for time-to-time material

procurement.

Responsible for part manufacturing to final parts dispatch.

Knowledge of mold loading & unloading.

Injection molding m/c parameter setting for the new development part

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
