**Position: City Supervisor **(AOP Delhi Chapter)
**Location: UC, New Delhi**
**Reports to: AOP Lead - ART**
**Section 1 | About Udayan Care**
Based on the belief that aftercare youth need continued support and guidance after leaving their childcare settings on attaining 18 years of age, Udayan Care’s **Aftercare Outreach Program (AOP) **ensures supporting them in education, skilling, mentorship, accommodation and other areas as identified by the Sphere of Aftercare, till they are fully mainstreamed in society as independent adults. AOP also aims to demonstrate a model on Aftercare to establish evidence of its positive impact in their lives. See more about the program _here_
**Section 2 | Purpose of the Role**
The role holder is responsible for the overall quality delivery of the AOP deliverables through team monitoring, donor acquisition, retention and reporting, and day to day operations. It also entails ensuring opportutnies for AOP youth through job placement (Full time & Part time), internships, trainings and apprenticeships along with involvement of youth in social activities and coordination of all activities and partnerships with stakeholders as planned under Udayan Care’s AOP.
**Section 3 | Key Responsibilities**
- Overall responsible for project management in Delhi NCR.
- Work directly with aftercare youth on-boarded, with different stakeholders
- such as government, funding agencies, mentors and corporations, other NGOs, Consultants, etc. to ensure deliverables in timely manner
- Coordination and completion of project deliverable on time within defined budget
- Ensure delivery of workshops, coordination with resource persons, and managing online and in person logistics
- Strictly follow the deadlines & ensure all donor reporting, data management and other required reporting complete timely manner
- Ensure partnerships for skilling, placement and networking directly of the nature that serves AOP meet its objectives
- Manage monthly program financial expenses of the chapter
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including funds generation, proposal writing, report making and donor reporting (narrative and financial) and funds management.
- Initiate and manage all partnerships and collaborations for the success of the project within the chapter.
- Coordinate with other departments at Udayan Care to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible in team work spirit
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Develop periodic project status reports and share status of projects with upper management.
- Assist program lead in taking strategic decisions for the defined activities
**Any other job or related task as advised by the Managing Trustee/ ED/ A.R.T. Director**
- Weekend hours shall be required._
**Section 4 | Experience, Qualifications and Skills**
**Experience**
Around 3+ years of work Experience in national/multi state level NGO with working experience with youth and skill building being preferable.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures of project management.
**Educational Qualifications**
Masters in any recognized discipline or social sciences from an institute of repute.
**Skills Requirements**:
- Efficient project management
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, both client-facing and internal skills, including report writing skills.
- Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Developing and Tracking Budgets
- Team management and Supervision

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
