We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our visual identity across various platforms. The Graphic Designer will primarily be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing designs including logos, background images, and social media posts. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals that align with our brand identity. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Designing logos, background images, and social media posts that effectively communicate our brand identity and messaging.

2. Developing creative concepts and visual solutions that meet project objectives and resonate with our target audience.

3. Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with overall marketing strategies.

4. Maintaining brand consistency across all design projects and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

5. Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs as needed.

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas visually.

6. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

7. Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for designing engaging content is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
