**Job Title: Overseas Fabrication Supervisor**

**Location: Overseas Project Site (Specific Location TBD)**

**Job Type: Contract, Full-Time**

**Requirements**:
**Supervisory Skills**:Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication environment.
Ability to lead and manage a team of fabricators effectively.

**Fabrication Expertise**:Comprehensive knowledge of fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, and assembly.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

**Passport Requirement**:Valid passport is mandatory.
Willingness to travel and work overseas for an extended period.

**Technical Skills**:Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and methods.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance to the fabrication team.

**Experience**:Proven experience in overseeing fabrication projects, preferably in an international or overseas setting.
Familiarity with fabrication codes, standards, and quality control.

**Safety and Quality**:Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Implementing and maintaining quality control measures in the fabrication process.

**Communication**:Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus).

**Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to different working conditions and environments.
Flexibility to work extended hours if required.

**Project Planning**:Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule fabrication activities.
Ensure timely completion of fabrication milestones.

**Tools and Equipment**:Oversight of the use and maintenance of fabrication tools and equipment.
Ensure proper calibration and functionality of equipment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Supervision**:Lead and manage the fabrication team, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
Provide guidance and support to team members.

**Project Coordination**:Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals.

**Quality Control**:Implement and monitor quality control processes in the fabrication workflow.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.

**Reading Drawings**:Interpret and communicate technical information from drawings to the fabrication team.
Ensure that fabrication work aligns with project specifications.

**Safety Oversight**:Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the fabrication team.
Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of fabrication activities.
Generate reports as required by project management.

**Training and Development**:Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Foster a learning environment within the fabrication team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
