**Designation: Site In charge**

**Reporting To: O & M Head**

**Location: Tirunelveli**

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in O&M in the electrical power production industry or Oil and Gas sector or renewable.
- Hands on experience in operating electrical systems.
- Languages: English basic level and local/regional language preferable.

**Roles & Responsivities**:

- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance activities for PV Solar Plant/s
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance activities for EHV line maintenance, as applicable
- Interact with subcontractor deployed at site for various activities e.g. but not limited to, O&M, Module Cleaning, Vegetation abatement, Security etc. and get the work done from them as per the contractual scope and deliverables.
- Ensure monthly (or periodic) submission of vendor’s invoices to F&A team at Head Office with all the adequate supportive documents
- Get periodic work completion report and/or site attendance report certified by local Customer’s representative and submit it to Head Office for Customer Invoice generation.
- Responsible for materials management (inventory and consumption) at site
- Deliver site COGs/OPEX budget
- Periodically report site performance as per frequency set by the Management
- Be responsible for ensuring safe work environment at site
- Respond to any emergency condition/s at site and report the same to the Reporting Officer as and when such incident takes place at the site
- Participate in implementing all initiatives related to EH&S, performance improvement, cost optimization
- Attend various technical and/or management audits
- Handle and settle any local issue (e.g. disturbance by surrounding community) in a way that there is a mínimal impact on / hindrance to site operation
- Host and facilitate site visit by - the customer, visitor, Government officials e.g. but not limited to Labor Officer, Electrical Inspector etc.
- Travel intra-state or inter-state to support other site/s as required
- Guide the O&M team and/or facilitate them with adequate decision making in timely manner based on analysis and review of monthly reports.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
