2. Administrative SupportSchedule and manage appointments, meetings, and reservations.Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services.Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.

3. Customer Service & CommunicationProvide information about the company, services, or policies.Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

4. Security & ComplianceMonitor visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required.Ensure security protocols are followed, including screening guests when necessary.

5. Office CoordinationOrder and maintain office supplies.Assist in coordinating staff events or meetings.Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
