**Role Title**:MES Techno-Functional Lead/ Project Manager

**Primary Skill**

2. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical business process (Chemicals/ Bio Pharma)

**Secondary Skill**

1. MBR Designing, MES to SAP, MES to Automation interface

**Responsibility**

1. Act as a local point of contact to customer at onsite

2. Prepare Project Plan with input from customer Business/ IT stakeholders and MES deployment team

3. Create all PM Plans (Scope, Quality, Risk, change management plan and issue log)

4. Own and track the project execution and deliverables for MES deployment projects (Custom development including Interfaces with LIMS, SAP and automation systems, Recipe Authoring, testing and documentation deliverables)

5. Effectively coordinate among different partners (customer and product vendor) to ensure achieving goals of program

6. Collaborate among product deployment, customer business team and other third party to manage dependency, resolve issue and avoid risk to achieve agreed schedule and quality of deliverables

7. Manage stakeholder’ requirement and communication, and periodic status reporting

8. Manage the stakeholders and ensure timely decision to meet the project schedule

9. Co-ordinate and managing scope change requests

10. Ensure all Pharma validation process, deliverables and quality compliance is adhered to as per customer quality process and industry best practices

11. Monitor and review all deliverables for quality compliance

12. Managing risks (internal and external) and timely escalation as per escalation matrix

13. Liaise regularly with customer IT-PM in regards to the activities at the site and any eventual critical issue related to the MES System and the overall project execution, and mange timely escalation

14. Manage and support MES System training (Super Users and Core users)

15. Support Cut-Over and GO-LIVE activities

**Language and soft skill**

1. Act as a local point of contact to customer at onsite

2. Project management processes and knowledge areas ( PMP or Prinnce2 certification is preferable), Good verbal, written communication, Team skill, flexibility to work as per project requirement

**No. of years of Experience**

Total 8+ years of hands-on experience on, Min 3+ years in MES techno-functional lead cum Project management role

**Qualification**

Bachelor Degree in engineering / science
