**Job Description: Telecaller**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our office furniture solutions.
- Answer inbound calls and handle queries in a polite, professional manner.
- Maintain a calm and engaging tone to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Understand Spacewood’s modular office furniture products thoroughly.
- Confidently explain product features, benefits, and USPs tailored to client needs.
- Match client requirements to appropriate offerings to drive interest.
- Identify potential leads from inquiries, databases, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on interest level, project requirements, and timeline.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads consistently and with a personalized approach.
- Handle objections with empathy and product knowledge.
- Update call logs, client records, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
- Maintain daily/weekly call reports and share performance data with the manager.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams as and when required.
- Collect customer feedback and pain points during calls.

**Education**:

- Any graduate or post graduate

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (Marathi optional).
- Presentable and persuasive with strong listening skills.
- Emotional intelligence to handle different customer personalities.
- Fast learner and curious about products, markets, and customer behavior.
- Passionate and self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
