**Location**: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **Telecaller (minimum 1 year experience required)** to join our team as a **Study Abroad Consultant**. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, understanding their aspirations, and guiding them through the initial stages of the overseas education process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students/parents to promote study abroad programs.
- Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information about courses, universities, and visa procedures.
- Schedule counseling sessions and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Provide support during student events or seminars, if needed.
- **Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience** (preferably in education or study abroad sector).
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is a plus.
- Organized and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
