**Reporting To**: Centre Head / Head Academics

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain **student attendance records** and generate reports as required.
- Handle **basic accounting tasks**, including maintaining fee records and outstanding payment follow-ups.
- Oversee **vendor management** and **purchase management** for centre utilities and operational requirements.
- Manage **centre infrastructure** to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate **book distributions** and **student ID card printing**.
- Ensure timely follow-up of **outstanding fees** from students/parents.
- Maintain and update the **student enrollment database** and related documentation.

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- Support **student enrollment activities** by maintaining and updating prospective student data.
- Assist in **handling parents' inquiries** and guiding them about course details and centre facilities.
- Conduct **school visits** when required to promote programs and build institutional relationships.
- Support **marketing initiatives**, including promotions, events, and outreach programs.
- Coordinate with the management to ensure all promotional materials are distributed efficiently.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in administration, marketing, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and database management.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** to handle parents, students, and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to **travel between Tatabad and Saravanampatti Centres** as required.
- Basic understanding of **accounting and finance processes** is an added advantage.

**Work Conditions**:

- Willing to visit **schools and external locations** when required for marketing purposes.
- Must ensure all **centre utilities and infrastructure** are well-maintained.
