**Requirements and skills**,

Quantity Surveyor/Billing/ Estimation/Tender (08 years)
- Quantity Estimation and Preparation of RA Bills
- Rate analysis for Non Tendered items.
- NT items rate approval with Clients and Architects.
- Estimation of work and Filling of tender rates.
- Tender estimation, Preparation of tender, contract documents, quotation and cost estimation.
- Execution of PEB, concrete structural and Finishing work (Block work, Plastering, Flooring Work)
- Relationship management with various clients, contractors & service agencies.
- Implementation of approved activities with in time frame of Project.
- Evaluating and managing contracting works for the successful execution of projects.
- Verifying layouts for the project as per the process and material flow needs.
- Developing the chain of tasks in the construction processes for various civil works etc. - Daily update of completed activities to cross check the planned schedule
- Preparing Monthly RA Bill (MS Excel.
- Maintaining the documents as per ISO 9001 2000 like QC checklists, material checklist, quality certificates and drawing.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Civil, Interior ,Residential: 4 years (preferred)
