- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Adhere to BPO guidelines and standards for customer service excellence.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
