Pay: ₹ 30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3-4 years (preferred)

**1. Design Digitization & File Preparation**
- Convert artwork, sketches, and client-provided designs into embroidery-ready files.
- Use embroidery digitizing software like Wilcom, Pulse & Tajima to create stitch patterns.
- Optimize stitch types, underlays, and densities for high-quality embroidery output.
- Ensure designs are structured correctly for different types of embroidery machines.

**2. Design Testing & Quality Assurance**
- Run test samples on embroidery machines to check design quality.
- Adjust stitch density, sequencing, and underlays to ensure smooth embroidery without puckering or thread breakage.
- Troubleshoot any issues such as misalignment, thread tension, or distortion in embroidery output.

**3. Production Coordination & Machine Compatibility**
- Work closely with machine operators to ensure seamless design execution.
- Modify and adjust designs based on operator feedback and machine limitations.
- Ensure embroidery files are compatible with different fabric types and production requirements.
- Create multiple versions of the same design for different garment types if required.

**5. Documentation & File Management**
- Maintain organized digital files of all embroidery designs for future reference.
- Keep detailed records of design modifications, approvals, and production feedback.
- Label and categorize embroidery files systematically for easy retrieval.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fashion Designing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum **4-5 years** of experience in embroidery digitizing.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software such as **Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML** or similar.
- Knowledge of different stitch types, densities, underlays, and embroidery techniques.
- Understanding of various **fabric types** and how they impact embroidery quality.
- Basic knowledge of **embroidery machines** and their functionality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
