**Job description**:
Key Deliverables

1. Document Verification - WISE
- Verify student documents as per the WISE program guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with admission policies.

2. Requesting Registration Number from the Academic Team - WISE
- Coordinate with the Academic Team to obtain registration numbers for newly admitted students.
- Maintain proper tracking of registration requests and approvals.

3. Generating and Sharing Admission Letters with the Partner
- Generate admission letters for students enrolled under the WISE program.
- Share admission letters with the respective partners and maintain records.

4. Data Management
- Maintain and update student admission records in the database.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of admissions.
- Generate reports related to admission status and student details.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: 1-2 years in BPO/KPO in MIS Team (MIS profiles preferred).

**- Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online Google Sheets.

- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
