**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Modelling and Simulation of Power electronics circuits.
- Need to develop a simulation software to evaluate a new design, diagnose problems with an existing design, and test a system under conditions that are hard to reproduce.
- Need to perform power system studies and coordination analysis, design power system equipment, and develop control algorithms
- Need to create test setup at lab and validate model simulation results and there by train the models for better visibility and control
- Need to automate testing and Validation of the Power electronics set up

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- MATLAB / Simulink: Scripting, MBD & GUI development
- Programming skills to develop tools for process automation
- Ability to work effectively with a global team across cultural boundaries
- Conducting design reviews / validation scheme with management

**Desired Skills**:

- Matlab,Simulink
- Knowledge in Testing and validation
