**Role & Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Ensure infection control, safety standards, and hygiene practices are followed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for smooth patient care delivery.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc. Nursing (mandatory).
- Registered with State Nursing Council.
- 1-3 years of hospital/clinical experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergencies.
- Compassionate, patient-centric approach with a commitment to quality care.
