**Business Strategistic**

Preparation of periodic reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively support in decision making
- Provide required support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Analyze the data and provide reports that would help in policy formations.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounts team to help with treasury management and proper tax planning.
- Deep dive into various available data points to provide necessary insights for decision making
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, follow
- up to bring it to a logical conclusion.
- Prepare the Budget v/s actual reports and help analyze reasons in case of significant variance
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

**Incumbent to possess the following competencies**:

- Post Graduate with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Should be able to articulate the results effectively
- Should be willing to work in a startup / challenging environment
