We’re looking for results-driven **Freelance Sales Representatives** to promote and distribute our **men’s and women’s t-shirts** (with future expansion into additional garments) to retail shops along the Shyamnagar to Sodhpur route. This role is ideal for independent go-getters who thrive on flexibility and earning uncapped commissions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**: Actively prospect and onboard new garment retailers in your assigned territory. Pitch and supply our t-shirt collections, ensuring consistent restocking.
- **Payment Collection: Collect payments by the 2nd of every month** and maintain accurate records of transactions. Resolve payment delays or disputes professionally.
- **Relationship Management**: Build trust with store owners to secure repeat orders. Share customer feedback to help us improve product offerings.
- **Reporting**: Submit weekly updates on sales progress and payment status.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **field sales** (garments, retail, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of garments retail shops in the **Shyamnagar to Sodhpur area**.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- **Own transportation or use public transportation** (e.g., motorcycle, bicycle) for daily travel (_no travel reimbursement provided_).
- Smartphone for coordination and reporting.
