**Job description**
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes.
- Follow guidelines of the organization in establishing relationship with new or existing customers.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges.
- Promote or develop the company's brand and building awareness about it with the customers.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and influencers Assess new opportunities to overall growth of the organisation.
- Manage various business proposals and submissions Engage competitors and review organisations offering to the customers.
- Participate in new business negotiations.
- Create business plans and strategies to improve the overall business.
- Analyse and gather data and information about the market.
- Should have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You must have good convincing skills to satisfy the clients.
- Should have a strong decision-making skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
