Housekeeping Supervisor

_Flora Waterfalls Retreat - A brand new star categorized Hotel property in Athirappilly is seeking a detail-oriented, committed, and driven Housekeeping Supervisor / Team Leader who can handle and keep up with the hygiene standards of our Property. You are responsible for all housekeeping-related activities, and you would have a team of housekeeping staff._
- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- _Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures._
- _Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all office spaces and common areas daily._
- _Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements._
- _Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over._
- _Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies._
- _Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office._
- _Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed._
- **Qualification & Experience**:_
- _Diploma / Degree in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent_
- _Minimum 2 Years of experience in hospitality or guest services as similar role._
- _Strong Leadership skills in managing teams._
- _Problem solving, motivating,organizational and training abilities._
- _Good communication skill in English._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
