Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to align with client goals and brand positioning.

Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring all posts are timely, engaging, and tailored to each platform's audience.

Content Creation: Work with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging content, including images, videos, stories, and written posts.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and interactive posts to foster a strong online community.

Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance client campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions across all platforms. Analyze data to make informed recommendations for future campaigns.

Platform Optimization: Stay updated on algorithm changes, new features, and trends to continuously optimize content strategies and improve performance.

Paid Social Campaigns: Assist the performance marketing team with social media ad campaigns, including boosting posts and running paid promotions to increase visibility.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 0-2 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably within an agency setting.

Skills: Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).

Creativity: A creative mindset and strong writing skills to craft engaging and on-brand content.

Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for growing engagement and followers.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion: Enthusiastic about social media and digital marketing with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
