**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage the store's inventory by ensuring all stock is accurately recorded and updated.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records in the system.
- Receive and check stock deliveries, ensuring that items match purchase orders and invoices.
- Label and store items systematically to ensure easy access.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Use Tally software to enter inventory data, track stock levels, and process transactions.
- Maintain and update inventory and financial records regularly in Tally.
- Prepare reports on stock status, inventory turnover, and other required financial or inventory reports.
- **Computer Operations**:

- Assist with the backup and protection of digital records related to store operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and generating reports.
- **Stock Management**:

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelving of stock in compliance with organizational standards.
- Track items that are close to expiry or require reordering.
- Ensure that stock movements (inward and outward) are accurately recorded in Tally.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Communicate with procurement and sales teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Provide updated stock reports to management and other departments as requested.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,932.70 per month
