**Job Title**: Kindergarten Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Observe, assess, and document student progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
- Organize classroom activities, learning centers, and materials
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Teaching certification/license (as per local regulations)
- Previous experience teaching kindergarten or early years preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
- Knowledge of child development and early learning practices
