**Who Are We Looking For?**

We are hiring a **Soft Skills Trainer based in Varanasi** who will lead training workshops in schools across the city. This is a full-time training-focused role with clear opportunities for growth within the organization. You will be a part of our North India expansion effort and one of our key representatives in the region.

**A Typical Week In Your Role**
- Conduct engaging training sessions for students in **partner schools across Varanasi**, including programs such as Super Speakers, Enlighten MUN, and Global Quizards
- Manage workshop logistics and complete **student reports**, session feedback forms, and associated documentation
- Collaborate with the curriculum and reporting teams remotely for workshop support tasks
- Travel to **outstation workshops occasionally (if required)** — not exceeding 3-5 days/month
- Participate in **weekly planning and strategy calls** with SkillSphere’s leadership and content teams

- Strong **communication skills** across age groups — students, teachers, and school heads
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the organization independently
- Passion for education and youth empowerment
- Awareness of national and global current affairs
- Basic writing and editing skills for reports
- Professionalism and commitment to timelines

**Where Will You Work From?**
- Based in **Varanasi**, working on-site at various partner schools in the city
- Periodic travel outside the city for sessions (optional/rotational basis)
- Backend tasks such as reports and planning can be managed remotely

**Compensation**
- **Starting Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/month
- Regular appraisals based on performance, initiative, and program delivery standards

**How Do We Assess Work?**
- Student and client feedback from training sessions
- Timely and high-quality completion of student reports and content tasks
- Consistency in professionalism, attendance, and role ownership

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
