**Job Title: Articleship Assistant CA**

**Duration**: 3 Years

**Location**:Vimannagar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
- Assist in audits for various clients, including conducting stock audits, verifying books of accounts, and preparing audit reports.
- Review and assess the accounting processes and procedures followed by clients.
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, and other entities.
- Help in the calculation of tax liabilities and preparation of tax audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial laws, rules, and regulations (e.g., Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST).
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings, statutory documents, and other compliance-related activities.
- Communicate with clients for data collection, reports, and necessary documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Pursuing CA course (IPCC/Intermediate or Final level).
- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, auditing, and finance principles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Tally and other accounting software.
- Familiarity with the Indian Income Tax and GST laws.
