EXO Edge is looking for an experienced L&D Administrator to join our People team based in Mohali. You will be primarily responsible for the design of sophisticated training program, creation of training material (i.e., SOPs, job aids, video content etc.), delivering training sessions and material and analyzing the success of the trainings and the needs of training within the organization.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
**Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a goal-oriented, strategic training plan across the organization.
- Identify, design, and deliver impactful training material (i.e., SOPs, job aids, video content etc.) that improves the competency level of all members across our organization.
- Effectively collaborate with management to ensure full alignment of goals and initiatives across teams.
- Act as liaison between leadership and management by relaying all pertinent updates, routinely updating, and sending out the latest training documentation and discussing impacts of procedural change with appropriate team members.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional activities and seminars such as Lunch and Learns and group exercises.
- Institute training for all roles, measure effectiveness and establish a feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement.
- Deliver effective training results and suggest process improvements to leadership, addressing unique needs across departments.
- Improve the competency levels of all associates through individual, group, and on the job training.
- Ensure consistency across departments through SOPs and job aids by providing uniform material that is adherent to quality standards.
- Perform a Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis on new hires to identify deficiencies and develop individual training plans.
- Continuously seek and support new approaches and processes to improve the efficiency of training offered.
- Maintain understanding in all department responsibilities so as to be able to train all associates effectively.

**Bringing in the below experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as Trainer in the KPO/BPO/Legal function of a global organization preferably
- Track record of ability to execute SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
- Ability to assess associates (interests, knowledge, skills, etc.)
- Effective verbal and written communication

**Technically sound in**:

- Sufficient MS Office skills to create content, training materials, and presentation.
