We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales in your assigned territory. You will represent our company's products and services to potential clients, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct cold calls, visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exchange information, share best practices, and support each other's efforts.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in [mention industry].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
