_**Yuva Parivartan is looking to bring on board a senior professional, who would help execute the “Re-invention” program by closely working with CEO and leading multiple departments to achieve the goals.**_
- Lead and motivate key support functions mentioned above to achieve the goals and targets of Yuva Parivartan)
- Work in close collaboration with the CEO, and departmental heads to deliver YP’s targets
- Build these teams, including recruiting people one or two levels below, as needed
- Streamline overall processes including reporting and monitoring to improve adherence to the processes
- thus improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure successful execution of YP’s multiple initiatives.
- Understand and sustain YP’s culture. Should be able to motivate and carry along the team with him/her
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as donors, auditors, partners, others, for all of the above
- The ability to network in the corporate segment to tap CSR fund flows is an essential attribute
- Should be willing to travel extensively across the country especially in the rural hinterland, working closely with the teams as they try to build rural livelihoods at scale, through skill building and community assets creation.
- High achievement motivation, empathy for the poor, high integrity, good written and verbal communication and a willingness to work with the BOP in rural India.
- Should be a good communicator with knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi and a good level of personal technology usage
- We expect the incumbent to be between 45 to 50 years. Living and working out of Mumbai should be an acceptable condition.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kherwadi, Mumbai - 400051, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
