**Job Title/Services**:
**IT CoE IAM AD - L3**:
Location: UCB Office, Bangalore, India

This role will provide consistent end-to-end AD operational services of the highest level and support UCB business and project teams to deliver projects in accordance with the highly secured company standard, guidelines, procedures and policies. Moreover the team takes part of the installation, maintenance and management of secured AD & Azure AD infrastructure and some administrative tasks in the UCB IAG solution.

Functional responsibilities
- Enterprise-scale Active Directory environments, Network Services (e.g. DNS), and object management, migration activities, backup and restore operations, security and delegation models, and LDAP tasks
- Azure AD and related services.
- Basic knowledge of a call logging system (BMC Remedy, etc.) should be available.
- Good logical troubleshooting and communication skills.

**Job Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computerscience or any related field, but we prefer experience over education

**Certifications**:

- Not Mandatory but it's a plus.

**Experience**:

- 2 + years of hands-on Active Directory Engineering(L2)
- 3-5 years of IT experience.
- CyberArk Certification (preferable)

**Specific skills**:

- Extensive working & background knowledge of Active Directory Azure Active Directory (At least 2+ years)
- Basic knowledge of a call logging system (BMC Remedy, etc.) should be available.
- Good logical troubleshooting and communication skills

**Mandatory Skills**: Core Microsoft Active Directory & networking skills:

- Extensive working & background knowledge of Active Directory Azure Active Directory (At least 2+ years)
- TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML Knowledge
- GPO Management
- Azure Active Directory: Objects Management, Azure MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, AD Connect Sync, Application onboarding (SSO).
- Ability to write Powershell script.

**Expected Qualities**:

- Good communication skills - Good knowledge of spoken and written English. Neutral English Accent
- Good customer Service / handling skills
- Guardian of IT established rules and intend to provide accurate, uniform and high-quality information to the end-users
- Proactive, stress

- Multi-tasking, "curious and constantly willing to acquire new knowledge to keep up to date with the latest technologies
