**Job Title**: Sales Representative - Jiomee Furniture

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their preferences and guiding them in selecting furniture that suits their style, needs, and budget.
- **Sales Strategy**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and upselling furniture pieces and add-on services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including materials, dimensions, features, and customization options, to provide accurate and engaging information to customers.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and follow-ups.
- **Order Management**: Process orders, provide accurate pricing, and coordinate delivery or pick-up schedules with customers and logistics teams.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to better address customer needs and recommend improvements to the product line.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and inventory teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, retail, or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Passion for design, home décor, and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.

JOB LOCATION: 13/1/1 Mahendra Roy, Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, near Lotus Banquet, Topsia, Kolkata, West Bengal 700046

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,768.55 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
