**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Financial Tasks (Using Tally)**:
**-Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoices**

**-Entry and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM)**

**-Daily bookkeeping and ledger entries**

**-Managing accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations**

**-Generating GST reports in Tally Prime**

**-Preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements in Tally.**

**2. Inventory & Stock Management**:
**-Managing inventory entries in Tally**

**-Monitoring stock levels, reordering, and stock valuation**

**-Handling job work out entries and reconciliation**

**-Updating periodic physical stock audits**

**3. Payroll & Compliance**:
**-Processing employee salaries and deductions on Tally**

**-Maintaining payroll records and leave registers**

**-Ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements**

**4. General Administrative Duties**:
**-Office documentation and filing**

**-Updating vendors, clients, and service providers records.**

**-Supporting HR in recruitment documentation**

**5. Computer Operations & Data Management**:
**-Working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**

**-Managing data entry, spreadsheet management.**

**-Performing basic troubleshooting for computer systems and office hardware**

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**-Minimum 12th pass or graduate in commerce/related field**

**-Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime compulsory**

**-Knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll processing**

**-Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management**

**-Good communication and organizational skills**

**-Ability to multitask and work independently**

**Experience**:
**More than 2+ years (Freshers with good Tally knowledge may apply)**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
