The POSH Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops on prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, and ensuring compliance with POSH regulations. The POSH Trainer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to promote a safe and respectful workplace environment.

**Qualifications**:
Experience and certification in conducting training sessions on POSH compliance and prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace

Demonstrated expertise in implementing strategies to promote a safe and respectful workplace environment

Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills, with the ability to conduct engaging and informative training sessions and workshops

Experience in developing POSH policies and procedures, and conducting POSH audits

Excellent knowledge of POSH regulations, and ability to stay current with any changes or updates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 24 per week
